Cozy mountain cabin with skiing and nature right outside the door
Welcome to a spacious and pleasant, detached mountain cabin with a great location right by the hiking and cross-country ski trails. Here you can enjoy the peace and freedom of the mountains, while the ski center and other facilities are within comfortable walking distance. The cabin is a perfect base for active days outdoors, nice meals, and relaxing moments inside.
Living room and kitchen
The cozy living room has a wood-burning stove, sofa set, and dining table – a natural gathering point after a day out on the mountain. The open-plan kitchen creates a social atmosphere and makes it easy to spend time together while food is being prepared. The kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, tableware, and necessary kitchen equipment.
Bedrooms
The cabin has 4 bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have one double bed and one upper bunk, while the fourth bedroom has one double bed. Total of 11 beds, recommended for up to 8 adults.
Bathroom
After an active day, you can relax in the bathroom, which features a sink, shower, and sauna. Here you can warm up and unwind before the evening continues in the pleasant living room. The cabin has a separate toilet room with a sink and WC. The sauna can be used for a fee via a coin machine, NOK 30 per 90 minutes.

Terrace. Parking for 1–2 cars at the cabin.
Perfect location
The location makes it easy to get out hiking or skiing. Hiking and cross-country ski trails are just 50 metres away. Hovden town centre is approx. 0.9 km from the cabin, the ski center 0.8 km, and Hovden Fjellbad approx. 0.7 km.
Good to know
The stay is based on self-catering. 
Final cleaning, bed linen, high chair, travel cot, and firewood can be ordered as needed.
Electricity: During the winter season, from December to April, a cost for cabin electricity applies.
